1. Overview

This document sets out the commitment of Success Innovations Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the manufacture, packaging, distribution, marketing, and sale of cosmetic products in South Africa.

In particular, the Company ensures adherence to Cosmetic Products Regulation (R1227/2020) under the Medicines and Related Substances Act, 1965, and all applicable related legislation.

2. Product Safety and Composition

All cosmetic products offered by the Company are safe for consumer use under normal and foreseeable conditions, in compliance with Regulation (R1227/2020).

• Prohibited Substances: The Company ensures that no prohibited substances as defined in Regulation (R1227/2020) or other applicable lists are present in its cosmetic products.
• Restricted Substances: In the case of restricted substances, the Company guarantees that these substances are used in compliance with the prescribed conditions.
• Preservatives, Colorants, and UV Filters: Where applicable, the Company uses only permitted preservatives, colorants, and UV filters in concentrations allowed by the law.

3. Product Labeling

The Company commits to full compliance with the Cosmetic Products Regulation regarding product labeling and information disclosure. Each cosmetic product sold by the Company will have clear and accurate labeling, which includes:
